Positive thoughts for the day

When I have my clients use the dual brain method of accessing their more mature or positive side, I encourage them to say certain words out loud that reflect their intention to start their day the best way possible. I have them cover one eye and half of the other while they are in the sunshine or next to bright lights.

"I will make this the best day of my life. Today I will share my love toward others. I belong here. I will recognize that I am safe and secure. I feel grateful for all that I have. I see the beauty around me and take it all in. This is the best day of my life."

This helps a person set the foundation for having a positive outlook on their day and reminds them that everyday is important. Every day can be a good day for them.
